I cant say forsure but I would try taking it to court, if you can prove that she got you fired because of the day she skipped out on you, you can sue her for emotional distress. I'm so sorry to hear that you got stuck with someone this God awful. You can also say that she was pretty much being racist by making fun of you and your culture. The ONLY thing is, you need a lot of proof. Dates, and times that she did this to you, witness's to anyone that saw/heard what was going on or anyone that you did go to to talk about or complain that you wanted her changed if you did. Proof of anything that happened is the biggest thing when it comes to things like this. If there isn't, I'm sorry to say but their might now be much you can do :/. Oh but idk if you can...but if you do start a case, maybe ask if you can contact the people who previously had her and see what they had to say about her, because im sure if shes this bad, someone else HAD to have seen it...
