Caught on Video. An unfortunate I TOLD YOU SO! Comcast Xfinity causes multiple slide offs and an accident with injury.

Layperson: If the employees had listened to the warnings, precautionary responses (e.g. extra cones) might be seen (in possible future litigation) as admitting fault. These guys are trained to never admit fault or listen to anyone except their bosses and any recognized law enforcement or regulatory agency.

When these corporately employed humans are at work, they are supposed to be rule following automatons. And they will stridently avoid any possible admission of guilt ... regarding one car accident, let alone numerous.

However, from what I can see, they arguably contributed to clear ongoing emergency conditions when the second guy didn't wait for police before setting up his truck next to multiple recent accidents. Such extraordinary conditions should have triggered civil precaution, overriding their everyday rules.

Claiming the responsibility was, and continued to be, strictly that of the other drivers, while parking another truck on the roadway within breaking distance of multiple accident scenes, and in already hazardous conditions ... not to assist but only to basically replicate the conditions in place at the time when further accidents occured there ... is contributory negligence ... whether he put up 4 cones or forty. #notalawyer

He should've expected emergency vehicles to be on their way. He should have cleared the road. In such cases, we are obliged to not obstruct it further.
