hey guys - i would majorly appreciate if you all could chance me for ED at cornell's college of human ecology (i applied human development)

- my dad attended cornell on site for his masters degree

- i go to a nationally ranked private all girls school

- GPA: 3.57 UW (freshman year GPA was 3.3 due to my house being damaged in a tornado and the abrupt death of my grandfather, however my sophomore and junior year classes are more rigorous and i got 3.7-3.72 gpas those years)

- ACT: 35 (36 reading, 34 math, 34 science, 35 english)

​

- APS (my school does not offer many, I took as many as I could fit in my schedule): AP Psychology (self-studied, 4), APUSH (4), AP Bio (5)

- ECS: student body vice president, student ambassador leader, writing center intern (tutor students in writing), vice president of two clubs, assisted in undergraduate PHD level research at a premier university near me, dancer, interned at a research/wellness center, work at a local toy store, and led volunteering at a hospital.

- reccs: english teacher - she tutored me for 3 years and then became my teacher. she knows me both in and out of the classroom. math teacher - also we had a great relationship, i did alright in her class, but she knew that i made my best effort in class.

- essays: i really liked my common app, i wrote about working at local businesses and how i love helping people across all aspects of my life. my ecology essay i talked about conducting research and how i want to pursue that further at cornell.
