Throw in crazy dosages of anabolic steroids that can, to some users be linked to irrational behavior, years of continuous brain damage during a time when wrestlers weren't as protected in the ring and a possible emotional arguement and you have a devastating coctail.

This is a horrific story, no doubt and I can completely understand why many Benoit fans would want to consider alternative theories. However, there's no reason to doubt investigators on this one.

They have full access to all evidence and the amount of work a party not already believed to be involved would have to put in, in order to not only get away with it but also stage it well enough to trick investigators into believing Benoit is responsible would be near impossible.
