Christmas present to myself! 2.5 weeks post op from Lipo 360

I’m hoping for an awesome result for you, too!! I know it’s a lot of pressure and it’s scary. I had my mom come into town to help me after, but honestly I never needed assistance walking or using the bathroom or anything. I just wasn’t able to drive. My doctor says I can’t work out until about 4 weeks post op, although I feel well enough to do so now. I’ve been feeling pretty much totally normal since day 5 post op. The foam boards are quite the question. I wish that there was more clear direction from my own surgeon about that, actually. Before my surgery, I was instructed to be fitted for a Faja by this woman. I went out to her and she basically sold me on this one piece of foam with velcro on the back to go beneath the Faja. She also has taken in my fajas so I haven’t bought multiple, she alters them as needed. She altered my foam board as well. She loves them, highly recommends them, but it sounds like my doctor has patients who aren’t able to tolerate them because of discomfort. I don’t find them uncomfortable. My faja lady told me that the foam board shouldn’t be used as a waist trainer, it’s for gentle compression, and don’t overdo it. This advice has really served me so far. I don’t wear the foam 24/7, sometimes I take it out to go for a walk, or to sleep. But I wear the compression garment all the time. I hope this helps!
