I have a lot of asymmetry. I am looking straight into the camera, but my nose is slanted in a way that it looks like I've turned or angled my head a bit for the photo. I have one cheek that is slimmer than the other. I'm tilting my head downward slightly, I don't have much fat under my chin; but there is unevenness with the squarish chin as well.

I would love to get a rhinoplasty, but that's not financially an option right now. Is my best bet to save and get that procedure or would other ones like buccal fat removal (one side only?) create a positive enough difference?

I don't mind the height of my nose, would an alarplasty be better?
