It’s both. It’s got a patio area with BBQ pits as well as an open space field.

I don’t have an issue with the rule, and as already mentioned in my original post, I’m a dog-sitter. Not the owner so I don’t know the details of the lease. That’s why I went by what I observed which is that dogs are often kept off-leash in this area, even multiple dogs are out at the same time as like a “doggy play date” party.

I just feel like for him to call out someone who was using the space with no one else around (still as of this update, no one is out using the space - it’s 50 degrees out and not exactly an idea weather to chill outside) is unnecessary, especially since I’ve never seen him do that when it’s multiple parties out with their dogs. Just seems like someone that’s power-hungry than a rule-abiting good person.
