Cocaine Tips:

i love coming to these forums like kind of high looking for answers to weird questions cause I am feeling anxious about whatever. as someone who has used frequently for multiple years my favourite answer is:

DONT USE. STOP USING. OMG BLA BLA.
like obviously you're not in this forum looking for this answer. this is the obvious thing but moving forward from that. here are some things that have helped me.

firstly: grind it up as best you can. chunks get stuck in your nose and have always like made my nose hurt or something else. always less stuffed up if you have grinded it as small as you can.

secondly. blowing your nose frequently. obviously not immediately after your snort. otherwise it doesn't absorb, but after it's good to just get everything flowing and what not.

make sure you are trying to drink water or tea as often as you can. you always forget to stay hydrated for hours and it makes you more anxious and makes your hangover expotentially worse.

don't use a bill. it's filthy. causes sinus infections. use a straw. don't share your straw. why bother? don't use your keys. they are filthy. like the bacteria actually makes a difference to how your nose feels.

i never try to go to sleep immediately after i run out. it makes you more anxious. stay up. watch tv. drink water.

an old friend of mine always said to take one q-tip and wet one end with water and wipe out one nostril, turn the q-tip over and clean the other side. don't mix them obviously cause you might put some debris from one nostril to the other.

shower always helps. steam releases stuffiness and what not.

i try to avoid nasal sprays cause i found they were pretty harsh on my nose. take another q-tip and put some polysporin with vitamin e up one side. use the other side for the other nostril.

take an advil or an anti-hystamine to reduce swelling.

anxiety? if you don't have access to ativan or clonazepam, i try a drowsy gravol. have some chamomile tea. rest and relax. more polysporin in your nose in the morning.
