Because some banned players were directly reached out, and asked about specific things to be proven, so they have info not only on what got them flagged, but how it worked, when it happened (as reported from those who got banned themselves) and also that some of the trades should never be flags to begin with, this never had happened before as far as we know, they were always very strict when providing info about their bans, and this happened to more than one case, This kind of info can't just be disclosed in open channels like this as it contains sensitive information which can be used by the wrong people (i know some people who got deserved bans that are already jumping on this train), so asking for specifics won't help, as this was already reported to Crema. What happened is that this raised many questions and also flaws within the appeal system, lots of people began questioning if every player who is still banned is actually deserved, as other examples had to make multiple appeals to get unbanned (what if they made just one?) and on the case of these new instances, they only were unbanned after providing proof about specific trades that were requested, after getting their appeal denied, again, in some cases, more than once, about trades that should never even be a flag to begin with (legit trades, but with people who were cheating) , ultimately showing that this could, and will probably happens with more people if it remains the same, which contradict your saying that "you get banned, appeal, and get unbanned" which a big part of the community still strongly believes and was shown to be untrue, even if in just a small number of cases (which numbers shouldn't matter anyway) but again, this post is not to prove to the community that something is wrong, but to raise awareness to Crema , were not here to generate panic or whatever, so like, requesting solid evidence as we own players something won't do at all, as they are not the target, this is simply the place that Crema said that would be best to be discussed, as it can be an opportunity for more data to be provided.
