Initially yes, but the state supreme court over turned it. In a 7–2 decision, the Court ruled on narrow grounds that the Commission did not employ religious neutrality, violating Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips's rights to free exercise, and reversed the Commission's decision.

Now if youd like to cite the statute, act, or law you believe stops ANY business from discriminating on those grounds, Id be happy to review it....Just dont let it be Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 because as Ive stated elsewhere while this WOULD apply to the baker as they provide food, lodging, gasoline, and/or entertainment....but most other businesses are not similarly restricted.
