If that's the case, then we shouldn't have random drops at all. I should be able to buy a specific gun at any time because, as you said, the better gun wins most of the time.

How dare I actually have to play to get a weapon like uriels gift. It's not fair. I should be able to get it from a vendor so that I don't have to work for anything. Do you hear how crazy and asinine that sounds?

And as for set ways to get weapons, they had that in strike specific loot, but you are still bitching because the rolls were random.

So for every gun in the game, so that you don't have to put any work in, you want the game to tell you exactly how to get each gun and have all the guns be the same?
