it is not as though you do not qualify. ics simply cannot accept more students due to a lack of resources. uur classes are typically held in bio, physics,... other buildings with 200 students, and frequently a class is canceled because the instructor could not be located. they cannot accept more students, and it reached the maximum enrollment; however, this does not reflect your ability or performance. typically, academic advisors in ics respond to emails after one week. you will be expelled from ics after two quarters of probation. as a result, you will experience additional unwarranted difficulty and stress. perhaps you could learn the same material in a college with less mental strain.
