OK, so back in the 90s, none other than Hillary came to my college to speak. Bill was still POTUS, so she came with the full entourage. She spoke at a several thousand dollar per plate benefit dinner. And yes, she stuck around for the main course after making her remarks.

The Secret Service shut down everything on campus except for the dorms, starting three days out. The morning of, the streets surrounding the college were closed to all traffic. If you wandered too close to the barricades, some enthusiastic burly men wearing sunglasses and earpieces and with sinister bulges under their suit jackets would show up with a heavy frown on their face, advising you that your life was in danger. They needed a few students to act as ushers: we had to submit documentation a month beforehand for the background checks. And it didn't matter that you knew Bob from Admissions who was standing behind the desk, when you showed up, they wanted to see your ID before letting you in.

The night of, the joint was positively crawling with Secret Service agents, and near the hall where the dinner was, they'd designated a safe room. Even the president of the college wasn't allowed anywhere near that room.

Hillary's dinner was served as per normal, just like everyone else's, though I'm sure the catering facility got an equally stringent examination.

And her water glass? Yeah, that was just another glass of water. I didn't count, but there had to have been at least 200 like it in that room. Thinking back, I'm amazed there weren't stacks of bodies after that last supper.

You've probably noticed by now that the "Hillary" you see today is really a Mexican actor, hired to steal the election from Donald Trump. ("We love our Mexicans so much, we're going to build a wall around them so no-one else can have them.")

So yeah, that's why everyone is against your idea. It's silly on its face. It's a glass of fucking water, not cyanide.
