They’re currently in Phase 2, meaning:

Retail commercial businesses, restaurants and bars serving food can open at 75% capacity. Personal services like hair salons, nail salons, spas and tattoo parlors can open at 50% capacity. Exercise facilities, small minimum touch entertainment centers and water parks can open at 50% capacity. Community pools can also open at 50% capacity. Music venues may have 2 musicians on stage at a time.

They move to Phase 3 on Monday.

To me, it looks like the numbers do not support moving to phase 3 in much of the state. Davidson county (Nashville) is not as bad as some, but I wouldn’t be going to any comedy clubs if I still lived there.
