Rosalia tried to distance herself from being labeled as Latino because in the video. She says multiple times she's Spanish and her culture is Spanish, but that she enjoys Latin American culture like flamenco and she feels at home in Latin American countries. I think it's more an issue of Billboard calling her "Latino" but putting her in a "Growing up Latino" series, and Rosalia trying to say that she feels connected to Latin American culture, but with English not being her native language it got somewhat lost in translation.
