[Daily Goal] Day 36 - Saturday, March 6

Results: Don't let things that happen in the past, even if it was in the past few minutes, impact what's going to happen in the future. Not going to set myself up for failure by binging just because my day doesn't go perfect. I try my best every day, even if I mess up that doesn't mess the whole day up.

Yesterday:

Went pretty good again! Haven't had any "perfect" food days recently, but not letting it get me down. I'm doing my best, life is happening. Hit the gym, stayed on track for the most part at work. Caught myself almost secret eating, but my tactic of imagining my boyfriend and Lex staring at me seems to be helping XD

Trying to not get impatient with my body not changing. Do my best one day at a time and eventually they will come!

Dailies:

[] Bedtime routine: tea (as needed for cravings), teeth, sink the chi, meditate

[] Daily mantra: "I accept myself unconditionally right now"

[] Second mantra: "I am beautiful, inside and out, and I deserve the same kindness as I show others."

Work Goals:

[] No drinking calories. You're allowed to have water, water with lemon, tea, or coffee with a splash of milk. These drinks do not break IF either.

[] Drink more water. Aim for at least 1 36oz cup a day.

[] Be ready and well rested before going to work, this will help cut down on stress eating. Time manage my mornings and my sleep better. Always bring contingency plan to work: yogurt, protein bar, things I can eat when I crave a bagel

[] Only eat on breaks. Only allowed to drink coffee and water while actually working. Before eating anything, you must write down what you're about to eat and approx. calorie content

[] No secret eating Whenever I notice myself with this mindset, think of Bren and Lex staring at me. Not a guilt thing, but I just feel silly trying to hide food from myself

Sprint 2 Goals:

  • Aim to lose at least 1lb a week; By the end of sprint 2 (still need official weigh in for start of sprint 2), should be down to 128lbs ~25%bf. Ultimate goal is 125-130, 23-25% bf.
  • Full time job by the end of the sprint I hope! Will keep trying!
  • Finish C25K!
  • At least an hour of exercise every day except for illness or rest days
  • More boyfriend time in general - skyping, league, chatting, MH4U?
  • Work on work-social-personal life balance and priorities
