[Check In][Daily Goal] Day 68 - Week 12 Check-in - April 13, 2015

Afternoon all!

Week turned out good for how it ended. Was strong up until the dreaded-boring-I'm-saving-money Friday night... I went out for drinks and did great drinking and not eating at this bar... soon as my drunk ass got home I did the most healthiest binge, lolol. Mad peanut butter and jelly sammiches, lol. Weight went up a bit from the previous week, but now that I've had a setback and modified my weekly schedule a bit, I'm ready to take back this week!

Victories? Two a day workouts 4/6 days. Saturday I had to work late and felt crappy about not working out, so I went for a run on a Saturday night at 9:45 p.m.... felt great.

Setbacks? Meh.. went up a bit in weight.. not sweating it.. gonna take it back this week.

Learn anything new? Yea I did... Definitely gonna pack gym clothes and go straight to the gym on lifting days from the train station, instead of going home, taking my pre workout, watching tv while waiting for it to set in and then going to the gym. Also learned, I can fit 38 pants now, however I do fit in slim fit jeans and pants, however because it fits, does not mean one is ready to wear certain clothes, lol. I'll wait till I get to 36 before I try again.

Also, I want to try to get my protein numbers within .8 - 1 gram/lb of my body weight for protein numbers.

Goals for today?

  • Although I said I'm going straight to the gym, I need to run home today and pick up my laundry
  • Laundromat/Lift
  • Shower
  • Dinner
  • Maybe fit some Destiny in before bed?
  • Casein shake at 9:00
  • Brush/Floss
  • Tuesday Schedule
  • Bed

Goals for the week?

  • Stay under calories this week
  • Maintain my protein numbers project
  • 6 days of 2 a day workouts
  • Get my timing belt/water pump exchanged (ugh...)
  • Pay Day is Wednesday (automatically goes to my timing belt)
  • Back to saving money
