for silk, for the friendship levels i just farmed and let the friendship points come naturally. for the transmit stones i got them from side stories mostly, also from achievements. if you're in a rush then go to transmissions and sell your 3 star heroes. the 500 insects i farmed at 5-1. for yuna, i just farmed at wherever those catalysts drop, just check on the region info on the maps. for the 500 machines i farmed at 2-5

honestly all soul weavers in the game are good, but if i must say aither and montmorancy are a bit shaky to use, it can be a bit hard to heal with them but they're good too
