She did want him dead when she pulled the trigger, but I believe she really made a mistake and thought he was a burglar. A text or phone call or something would have been discovered if they had some sort of relationship. I think the noise complaint was debunked, no one testified about that. No one testified that they had ever seen her there or that they had ever seen them together. She could have lured him to her apartment if she was trying to pull off some genius murder. Multiple people testified that they have gone to the wrong floor in the building and went as far as trying to get into the wrong door (directly above or below their apt) but their key wouldn't work.
