Dammit Noah what are you waiting for

Constant lenience instead of the rightful treatment of both punishment and rehabilitation which is what out justice and prison system should be. More rehabiliation might have solved his mental health issues and prevented him from killing, and more punishment (actually staying in prison for decades) would have prevented him from killing these people, plus receiving more rehabilitation in prison and punishment for his actions. Although as prisons get more comfier over decades, there is less focus on punishment which is wrong in my opinion and we have the consequences of that all the time.

Instead of either, we have weak willed and weak minded people focusing so heavily on leniency, even in despite of multiple heavy infractions in this case. The results of which have lead to the deaths of these innocents including a child in a brutal attack.

But this will be forgotten in a week. As the next brutal crime happens, and the next, that happen every day, in most countries in the world. Brutal attacks, brutal crimes like these happen everyday in most countries around the world. And yet there is still the focus from people, from the slim majority of populations or a major minority, at least in the western world, of more leniency in regards to these kinds of people.
