I know that people don’t have control over their sexuality. I agree that people have the right to be happy, and just because what makes them happy might not make me happy doesn’t make us all that different.

I don’t have the best answer for this, I fully admit it. I’m not a student of the reasons why the Catholic Church believes and pushes the ideology that it does, and it’s something that I’m working on trying to understand better.

I’m sorry that it’s not a great answer. For now, I can only speak from my perspective, and that is that I choose to love rather than judge or hate for whatever someone else does. It’s not my place to judge, and even less to hate.
