This isn't my day 1 but I haven't posted in here yet. I've had a lot of ups and downs dealing with my weight but it came to a head this summer when I really realized (with the help of my boyfriend) how unhealthy I truly was. I don't know my exact highest weight but I know it has to be in the 210s. Since mid-October I've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week (and actually enjoying it a lot) and trying to eat less/drink less alcohol. I weighed myself today (which I was avoiding) and I'm at 204 pounds. I'm still working on the better eating portion of my journey but instead of being hard on myself about a number on the scale, I want to be proud of what I've already accomplished thus far. I'm stronger, my heart rate is lower, I'm enjoying my pre-work workouts and I feel better.
