Day 3 of starting IF. I think I can do this but DAMN is it tough.

It gets easier as you/your body adapts. It really does. My best advice is to over prepare and over schedule the first few weeks to a month. I didn't have much energy at the beginning so I made it as simple and easy as I could to follow.

Meal prep - have everything ready to go in the right portions. (I soon found I had prepared larger portions than I could possibly eat but it really helped to have every meal planned out even if that met some lunches weren't eaten until the following week)

Life work schedule - plan around your new eating lifestyle initially until you know what your energy levels will be during the fasting hours.

Plan fun non food related distractions. Movie, Lecture, Music etc. that will keep you occupied if not working at a job during fasting hours. Personally, I felt my head clear up and I became more focused at work the very first week of intermittent fasting.
