Well, one simple answer is if they did what you want movies would suck balls. With the rules you have set forth a SS rated Japanese actor would not get picked over a D tier Korean actor if the role was for a Korean character and I think what most people realize it’s a character just a character if I make a movie where all Japanese people have blue skin color and have facial features of white People do I need to find blue people? I’m all for diversity but not forced my man Give any actor/actress the role unless it’s spoused to be a historical movie/documentary. for your other two points, show me SS teir Russian and Spanish actors who actually make movies in the states? what do you expect them to turn town blockbuster movies stars because they don’t have an authentic accent? Now books are kinda different depending on the level you are at in my career you would need to hinder your characters in terms of speech for a movie or tv deal so it’s better to just make them English speaking. Movies and shows aren’t a documentary brother there’s always going to be inconsistency that will he unexplained and shouldn’t need to be because it’s a story.
