Desovietization of Ukraine

Soviets didnt manage economy well that's not denied in Russia, but it's only convenient to blame Russia for it

I have never blamed Russia. I've been pretty explicit in differentiating between Russians and Soviets. In my very humble opinion, Russians were victims as much the other nations were. They, however, are the ones who champion that time period as their best achievement. That's were the problem largely stems from, IMO.

After the Russian monarch was killed, a Georgian named Joseph Dzhugashvili took power, later on a Ukrainian took power, my point is that we all screwed up not Russia occupied and screwed up.

Are you forgetting how Lenin was in charge for 5 years?

It always amuses me how people like to mention the nationalities of Soviet Union leaders. Yet those individuals are the first ones associate to SU's achievements as achievements of the Russian people.

The baltics were parts of the Russian empire and that was no issue

Perhaps it's something to do with the great autonomy that was given to these provinces? Russian Empire's leadership gave a great amount of freedom to these provinces, as well as Finland, when compared to other parts of the empire.

You're also forgetting those who experienced communism are still alive. Russian Empire ceased to exist in 1917(?), while communism crumbled in the 90s. You'll naturally will have more people voicing their issues about communism.

communism was a social experiment that had good intentions and it failed, but that isn't Putin's fault and it isn't Russia's fault.

Social experiment that no one, except a few local commies, wanted. Again, I'm not blaming Putin nor Russians.
