Why did you guys come to korea?

I don't disagree with you on some of these points, maybe even most.

Security and money are things I need to think hard about for the future and I'd honestly not feel comfortable working in a hagwon (if I worked in one) if I were raising a child. Those things are not mutually exclusive with following a profession that interests you. I personally feel like you either should progress professionally as a teacher if you decide to live abroad indefinitely and get a better, more secure job, or pack it up and do something else back home.
With that said, that's just me and I'm not going to put someone down for not following this path or for thinking differently. For this reason the respect aspect doesn't bother me as much. So in a sense, we kind of agree, I'm just not a dick and condescending with the way I say it.
