Did Judas go to Heaven?

Firstly, you have to ask yourself what gets someone saved? How does one achieve salvation?

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:26)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (John 5:24)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. (John 6:47)

Pretty simple. Believe on Jesus and you're saved. Now did Judas ever believe on Jesus? Never does the Bible express that Judas believed Jesus was the Son of God. Even when he threw the pieces of silver, that's not why he felt remorse. He was only distraught because he'd betrayed an innocent man.

Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. (Matthew 27:3-4)

I don't see any confession of believing Jesus was God. Repenting of a prior action and recognizing your sin isn't what saves you. It's faith on Jesus. Lets look at what Jesus himself said regarding Judas.

Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve. (John 6:70-71)

The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. (Matthew 26:24)

Jesus didn't throw around words lightly. The fact is that Jesus chose Judas to follow him was because an unbeliever had to fulfill the betrayal and he knew that Judas would never believe on him.

We even see why Judas, someone who didn't believe in Jesus, was following him. He was a thief. Jesus put him in charge of the money bag and he would steal from it.

Then saith on of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, which should betray him, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence? This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. (John 12:4-6)

If Judas was a saved believer that went to heaven, why would Jesus say it'd be better he'd never been born? Why would he call him a devil? Why would he go around stealing from Jesus Christ? I'm open to any verse that would suggest Judas believed on Jesus but it just isn't there.

But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. (John 12:37-40)

But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: (Matthew 3:29)
