My coworker who frequently calls out or shows up late read the news about the air base and immediately starting shouting trump just started ww3. I tried to explain to him that it wouldn't happen like that and all that was removed at the base was the ability to use the chemical weapons, which may have actually saved assad (as UN reason to invade was the chemical weapons). He still went with his ww3 narrative. He is also the same guy I got tired of listening to one day (he repeatedly for weeks kept saying communism and socialism were awesome etc who also thinks he is an intellectual (tbh, he is dumb, at the very least, compared to me {not meant as a brag}), that I turned towards him and the person he speaks to daily and said it was not great, all its ever done was kill people, and to please stop talking about it at work. He hasn't mentioned it since lol. He repeatedly talks about pro-liberal things at work and hates on any conservative. The company I work for leans pro-conservative and I imagine it annoys more than just me. Now, I am an independent that agrees with some things on each side but, as you may think, it becomes frustrating to here stupid shit spoken on a daily basis from someone with no experience or knowledge about it other than what they read on Wikipedia. The 4chan anon is completely on point...sadly many will ignore it or just plain deny without reason.
