[Discussion] What are the most underrated uniques for you?

This sounds interesting to me. I [quickly] specced out a build to match: Passive Tree

Tree highlights: +181% life, +7.9% life regen, +130% armour, +84% elemental damage, +155% fire damage, +85% burning damage, +59% spell damage,

Ideally, I'd run a 6L Cloak of Flame, 2x Mokou's Embrace, and a 6L Searing Touch.

  • Primary: Fireball + Fire Pen + Increased Burning + Prolif + Controlled Destruction + Empower

  • Secondary: Fire Trap + Fire Pen + Increased AOE + Increased Burning + Rapid Decay + Multiple Traps

  • Tertiary: Searing Bond + Increased Burning + Controlled Destruction + Remote Mine

  • Auras: Purity of Fire, Flammability + Vulnerability + Blasphemy

  • Trigger: CWDT + Ball Lightning + Blind + Chance to Flee

With passives, curses, and gear, L20 Fireball would have a 108% chance to ignite before crits. Fire Trap would have a 69% chance. At this point, I might drop the COF entirely, and swap to a more defensive chest, as we have plenty of offense, and the igniter duration benefit of the COF doesn't really help that much any more.

Could also make use of less-used uniques like Gang's Momentum, Hrimnor's Resolve, etc.

Would need some DEX on gear, and probably something to help with mana costs, as it reserves 85% and has only a bit of mana regen boost from the tree. Flasks might cover this, though.

Thoughts?
