The war on drugs was started by whites to thwart blacks. The "war on vaping" was started to control blacks and make billions. Because it happened. I've read THOUSANDS of pages on the subject. Want me to take a picture of the books? Or read the studies I've conducted myself and presented at conferences? I know that the echo chamber of reddit will just downvote it. And you've become part of it by saying this in the first place:

There has been a target on people of color for hundreds of years. From natives to negros to arabs. Vaping is perceived as a white thing because whites now shout all lives matter and claim that people have the same chance they do. They don't man.
