Does this dog actually get excited for watching pinball, or is it following a trained sequence with verbal cues?

I got into a debate on /r/Unexpected, and I'm reasonably sure that it's 'fake', or at least somewhat forced. He starts out staring at the owner, a sure sign of waiting for a command, and as the subtitles indicate the first keyword is 'pinball'. The rest of the video is silent, but the dog perks up on cue then runs downstairs to the pinball machine, licking all the way. My guess is food response.

Next, he jumps onto a chair and starts watching the owner, 'scanning' the glass. After a possible 'second prompt', he climbs halfway up and starts sniffing a particular spot, as if there might have been a food reward in the past.

What do you think?
