See, I do believe this partly, but I think they’ve got their feet fairly planted when you consider not only what theyve done but their connections.

Hayes’ freakin wife wrote the script to Captain Marvel, these fuckers are having family dinners with Jonah Hill. I know producing stuff is very heavy and having powerful friends doesn’t mean you can just casually use their influence to make their shit. But idk man, to me it comes across as a lack of self confidence from the boys. Like, trauma from dumb shit like Pauly Shore and the comic con thing.

But I just think about how loyal and insanely cultish the Hollywood Handbook fan base is, the most annoying fan base in podcasting. And I just get wowed by it. I genuinely think the Boys, for all their intense and often funny self reflection both egotistical and self deprecating...I don’t think they KNOW, man.

Reality Show Show, Hollywood Handbook, Hollywood Masterclass. These shows all have a comedic base that I think has not been explored enough in TV and if they did it right, that shit would blow up.
