Per their information, assuming it's accurate, a volunteer for the Clinton camp forwarded an email about it and then after that was discovered was fired.

You'll note that nothing there, or anywhere else on brietbart, has any evidence that Clinton started it. And you'll also note that in order to forward an email about it, someone else must have started it and sent it to you...

So there's your problem, and why it's a lie.

Truth: A volunteer for her campaign forwarded an email about the theory that started somewhere else and was subsequently fired for that action.

One can go even further back and note that it would have been impossible for Clinton to start that in late 2007, when in fact it had already been an issue brought up by conservatives as early as 2004 when republican Andy Martin was contemplating a presidential run. Here is in fact a blog post from 2006 discussing it, and here is the page on the conservative site Free Republic from 2004 that discusses it.

How could Clinton have started it in 2007 when conservatives had already been talking about it for years?
