Don't join

I used PM for a while, was great.. until it wasn't. I can't believe ANYONE would choose these guys for their service. Their service is great, but as soon as you have an issue, it's the most terrible experience. I don't understand how anyone is willing to accept a time frame of 3 days before you can get "help" when a problem arises.

Like a couple others said, there are actual two websites for Public Mobile. One is their site that shows your account, billing, etc. The other site is their help site. Stupidly, you must "sign up" and create ANOTHER account on their help site, only then can you post messages and ask for help. But then, more confusion since when you post for "help", you don't actually get a mod to help unless you post directly to a mod. It's an extremely stupid system. My advice... bail before you lose your hair. Check out lucky Mobile.... live operators you can actually talk too, same pricing as PM, AND unlimited (very slow) throttled data after your allotment. Also note: sims are only $4 at dollaramma.
