I think it's her tan, too, darker than we're used to seeing on her lately without being "glam." It makes her whole face look different. She does look off.

Her eyes look brighter and it makes the structure of her face pop out (ie. all her filler), like how bodybuilders get crazy fake tans to make all the lines in their muscles stand out more on stage. It enhances her gaunt appearance, too.

It also makes her hair look even brighter and yellower in contrast to her skin. And because her skin is darker, she's darkened up her eyebrows, which also looks off on her.
