I started the trial end of December, it was.set to end on 12-31, I canceled on 12-30, later I get billed for full year and a welcome to xsnews email.

I got billed for a year subscription that was set to expire on 12-31-19. I sent emails to support, they canceled my account. They didn't refund me. I filed dispute. They say we can't refund you since you started a dispute. Which was a lie. Then they said they can't do anything until the dispute is closed. I closed it, now the story changes and now they are trying to say they reactivated my account today and it's going to expire 12-31-19.

I never used it, don't want it...even if I said fine I'll just use the account, the expiry should start today, not lose out on over a month now.

This is just ridiculous they must be hurting for money, it appears they changed their site to remove paypal!
