True. But how does that relate in any way to this case, where customers always knew they were buying essentially a Omicron service (through a reseller)? Omicron always increased their share, reseller or not!

If anything, being really Omicron instead of a reseller means customers get a far better deal in Ninja (as they don't have a reseller that may go bust or change terms), which further helps consolidation.

So... are you in favor or against consolidation? Because if consolidation is your real worry, you have a weird way to fight it.
