Yeah, ritalin is definitely not a euphoric med. Depending on where you are in the world, my guess is you won't be interested in dinner tonight and probably will not be able to go to sleep until at least twelve hours have passed after you dosed. (I am assuming you have no tolerance.)

For me, the only things ritalin is good for are wakefulness, appetite suppression, and focus. Extreme focus. I do not find it pleasurable in the least. I get more energy and motivation from phentermine, and I get very little energy or motivation from phentermine.

I am sorry you were disappointed. I am commiserating with you because the only stim I have right now is ritalin. After taking a three month break from all stims, I felt hopeful maybe it would effect me differently than I knew it would.

Despite knowing how crappy I would feel, I took 80 mg orally this morning and insufflated another 60 mg over two hours hours on top of it. Thirteen hours later the only thing I've accomplished is a book full of sudoku puzzles.

Edit -- I think you may be on CST. If you have anythIng you can take for sleep, even melatonin, I recommend doing so. We are already losing an hour overnight with the time change.
