Drink-driver captures crash on her own dash cam

Oddly enough I got rid of these and similar dreams by dropping the thermostat two degrees, I kid you not:

  • HOT -- end of world, massively visual, destination or travel based; few waking up(s)

  • WARM -- driving or riding along, think visuals without the epic LotR scale before ("fog of war-m")

  • IDEAL -- equivalent of lucid dreaming in terms of awareness, solved some of the hardest mathematics and gained insight to new approaches to problems (odd I know)

  • COOL -- the best or least remembered dreams, same lucid should I have them but really all signs point to an additional rem cycle and the least wakefulness; very colorful like hot but really chill, dreams are epic visually too but never of things I've seen, imagined, or done even by analogy. I've imagined plants on another planet in some obtuse growth and no I'm not smarter or more "unique" but I do dream in Technicolor

  • COLD -- restlessness and nightmarish. Usually apocalyptic like most dreams but in one area. One was on a hill near some place in an absurd scenario playing limbo between refuge and a desert hundreds of degrees. Guess the sheets bundled around me prevent moving much about the odd worlds I explore. Cold has a 2/3 night sleep and brief restlessness mini dosing off periods at the end

This is kinda what it feels like when I'm trying to drive in my dreams. However, I typically find myself in the backseat leaning over trying to control the steering wheel.

Put the temperature one to two degrees warmer/colder...

  • stop dreaming or remembering well? >> keep

  • running or fast paced grand scale frantic themes like drive/riding? >> go down

  • no change? >> go another warmer/colder

  • water themed but ice and snow >> wee bit warmer, use restroom

  • nightmares? >> you are either hot or cold not much in-between

  • math and nerdy crap? >> put a notepad by your nightstand and if slightly lucid, wake, faintly write down summary, more sleep, and don't immediately throw away in morning but keep one day until you level set whatever thing you said

  • insomniac? >> pillow or mattress / position might be giving you circulation issues (wanting to switch sides often before passing out before sleeping is a good sign circulation and subsequent temperature night be fickle; those portions of rest where your body briefly doesn't act warm blooded without heat (everyone has this) might more acutely affect someone whose circulation is imbalanced/slowed on one side versus other. (one side would feel "ready" to be laying upon as other limbs are "worn out" due bias in circulation or temperatures

  • sex dreams? >> let a load out and drop temperature a degree

  • reddit dreams? >> you actually weren't asleep kiddo

  • ____ dreams? >> dunno bs speculation is limited to above

  • no dreams? >> you'd do well in politics I hear
