I'm a super stubborn person (especially when I'm sure I'm right and the internet is involved, my boyfriend has been making fun of me since yesterday shouting Internet crusaders assemble! Someone is wrong on the internet!) but I'm finally stepping off of the original threads because holy moly (took me longer to realize it was going nowhere than most and I'll admit that).

However, I do want to clear a few things up for you because you seem to have some misconceptions of what actually happened.

If someone wants to use a base when doing commissions, that's fine - as long they have permission to do so from the creator of the base. Odds are, they probably don't have permission and it's far easier to a draw a base for commission use yourself and use that. Charging for it is fine too, as long as the customer knows exactly what they're paying for. Make it blatantly clear that a base is used and where it's originally from. Bases can be useful for reference sheets (sometimes) and colour/pattern designs. She never made it clear that the art was being done on a base. In fact, in one case, she blatantly lied and said the art was NOT done on a base when it was traced on a free base. That person who commissioned that piece paid money for a trace-job. If someone has multiple accounts, so what? I'm sure plenty of people have furry-specific, RP-specific or yiff-specific accounts... or even just throwaways. Multiple accounts is totally okay! However, don't use your multiple accounts to pretend you're separate people and come to your own defense (and upvote your own stuff) when people argue with you. Mass-downvoting all posts by an account isn't cool. Don't do that, despite how much as you may want to, just because you don't like the person. No one mass-downvoted her. All those negative numbers you see are PURELY from the posts she made on those two threads. If you look at her profile, the posts before those two threads are predominantly positive. She insisted that she was being 'stalked and downvoted' but that was not the case... Just everything she posted on her two threads got downvoted because of how ridiculous it was.
