uj/ Yes!!! I've been to trans group therapy, that would count for I think there were 5 people in the room besides myself.
Ok, then I've met randomly, like in my hometown and home now, I think 3 in each of these places. Oh 5 back home so 8
Then I've worked somewhere that has extremely progressive policies for trans people, I think I've worked with maybe 5 trans people I knew about there. I'm not going to say I've "met" people I only saw in the hallways and presumed were trans from their looks.
Then I have dealt with two trans medical professionals in the two clinics I go to for trans health care, 1 in the one back home, 1 in the one here.
So as a trans person with a couple of particularly likely scenarios to meet other trans persons... I've known maybe 2 dozens. That's it
And you're some cisgender transphobe that doesn't understand the words coming from me because you don't know anything about trans people except some very specific disinformation but your "buddy" is a trans and [insert probably the wrong pronoun here] says this all the time or whatever the argument requires
