Too many to count lol. It's mostly due to my impulsive decision making. Spoilers ahead...

I killed off the BoS way too early before I even got Paladin Danse's perk. Later on, I found out that Maxson was going to turn on him further down the BoS storyline. I feel bad. I would have stuck it out for Danse. :(

Secondly, I killed all of the raiders in Nuka World before I got the crazy OP unlimited ammo gattling laser from one of the amoral combat quests. I am kicking myself now.

And this one is kind of a glitch but also kind of my fault... My Nick Valentine quest is glitched very badly. I kill Eddie Winter and afterwards I have to "follow Nick" but he is stuck in Winter's bunker and keeps walking into a wall lol. I go to load an earlier save and see that the next closest save was A DAY AGO. It was either lose a day's worth of in game progress or Nick Valentine. I decided to just leave him there and go back a few weeks later and of course, he's still very glitched. :( I am on xbox one, no mods if anyone knows of a solution please halp. Thanks!
