ELI5 I'm a muslim and I want to understand the concept of Trinity

God, the creator of the universe, is outside of the Universe and outside of time. He is not subject to anything in the Universe, he defines the Universe and the rules that govern it.

Christ is God in the Universe. He is separate and distinct from God, while still being God in the Universe. When you speak to Christ, you are speaking to Christ in the Universe and God outside of the Universe at the same time.

The Holy Spirit is God's will as a part of the Universe, but not in the Universe. In the Bible the Holy Spirit is also known as the helper or comforter.

John 5, Jesus states very clearly that he only is able to do the will of the father. What God wants him to do, he does. What God doesn't want him to do, he doesn't do. He's more that a representative of God, he is God, acting out God's will, but he isn't God because God can't exist within the creation.

That's the best I can explain it. I have examples that I use, but just the above is difficult enough to grasp. I believe the above fits in with the Bible.
