Ellen Pao to appeal against sexism trial defeat

Why don't more employers take advantage of the situation? Don't get me wrong; I think that gender inequality in the workplace sucks. But, if an employer were actually willing to pay a woman equally to a man with the same qualifications, they would ensure complete loyalty.

They do, and younger ages [20s-low/mid 30s] women earn more than men.

For my part, working with females in tech is really awesome.

You've never worked with a women in a tech field. Ever. I can say that with certainty because - lol.

[Because they tend to be employed at a lower level than their skills justify]

... Source on the latter. For the former: top kek. Women apply at lower jobs and easier jobs and fold passed negotiations to the dotted line. That's why they "earn less".

It's one of those things that makes me both happy (to be around a person who I can learn from) and sad (that said person should be my boss, but has been held back by social constraints)

This has no relevance to your comment. Your comment has nothing relevant to it at all. You started off by a broad reference to something "the situation". Preceded by a verb that should be done to said thing. Neither of which you explained, nor defined what the fuck they were.

Your post is a direct fucking ctrl-c + ctrl-v from the cuntsrus handsbook. You said absolutely nothing yet used a lot of words thrown in a meaningless order as lies and downright untrue claims.

Cool.
