In encrypted chats, Hong Kong protesters find support from mainland China

Why are you trying to change the subject? You think we haven't been fixing the climate issue here in the states? Electric cars, gas, nuclear power, wind power, solar power, all these things are on the rise, NOT on the decline.

The problem is complex, so when you make it "DID I MENTION WE'RE DESTROYING OUR FUCKING CLIMATE" I hate to tell you that we are also trying to fix it.

But the problems is multiple, for one, nuclear power is not popular, despite having zero carbon emissions. So if you want to combat climate change your best option includes making nuclear power more popular, but guess what, those who warn us about climate change tend to be against nuclear power as well.

Or how about using govt to modify behavior? They tried that too, in France, and guess what, people started to protest en mass over there. They repealed it.

So it must be the corporations right? Well go ahead, shut down all the oil companies, but guess what happens. China and India have oil companies of their own. So what do we do? Let them take over the global oil trade? That doesn't sound good.

The truth is you want to blame the rich. You want to blame the powerful. But that's all you are going to do, is get blame. If you want to actually change things then read history. Educate yourself.

Realize that you don't have to buy Chinese products, considering they are overwhelming the largest providers of carbon emissions on the planet. Don't drive, use a bicycle. Use public transportation.

Point the finger at yourself.
