Do I have enough money to buy a house? Rent is just as or more expensive. Self employed, 25 yrs old, but have a good amount of $$.

I realize that either way renting or buying, I really wouldn’t be saving much on my current income level. But I figure if I’m going to spend $1000 a month for somewhere to sleep I mind as well throw it at an investment. For anyone who doesn’t know, central Florida is growing like CRAZY because of all the people moving from up north. Also being self employed if I am low on cash for the month I can go knocking on doors asking if people need X service done. Which I have done before when business was slow. But I’m at the point now where I am getting a lot of repeat customers, referrals from previous customers, and people calling me from my google and social media pages. I haven’t spent like any money on advertising this year and I’ve already done $15,000 in sales (since Jan. 1, 2021). I’d guesstimate about $3,000 was expenses...
