Not me personally but my grandmother and grandfather were immigrating to Canada from Italy in what I believe must have been the early 60's. They were to take a boat here. They had both bought tickets but for some reason while boarding the boat my grandmother was denied because the ship was full and they over sold tickets. My grandfather was already on the boat but stayed with my grandmother in Italy until the next ship was to do the trip (which in the time would have probably been a few weeks) any who, the ship they were both supposed to be on went down in the middle of the ocean and story be told everyone on it drowned or died due to hypothermia, had they gone in the ship my mother wouldn't be around and neither would I
