As someone who lives in a country with crap means-tested welfare and obscene inequality, some larper sitting there and telling me that Swedish social programs are a fantasy is ridiculous. A "fantasy" doesn't give you a GINI index in the 0.20s, only real institutional power can constrain the bourgeoisie to that extent.

No they are not a fantasy, they where very real once and now they are over. You are the one treating them like a fantasy acting like its still the 1970s. the swedish model is dead, its just a meme at this point. The social democrats still have power but they have thrown it all away to stay in office for just a little bit longer.
