Exam never scheduled

It was frustrating because we gave them the benefit of a doubt even after what they did to me with my claim. (This claim was for my wife where they were correcting an error from a DTA and she is being represented by a law firm. She called the VA a few days after the email was received and they couldn’t find anything so she decided to give them another 10 days. The VA rep was incredibly rude and kept saying the appointment had to me rescheduled since it was missed. It brought my wife to tears and she already has a hard time dealing with any stress. She was in aircrew went through SEER and was at the top of her class before she was drugged raped and locked in the trunk of a car. In my case I filed for TDIU and filed a small dental claim involving a broken tooth from Iraq. For some reason the VA bundled my TDIU claim with the dental C&P and an entire year went by before I figured it out. Evidently LHI buried my claim since there were no local dentist to conduct the exam and I guess they figured I didn’t want to drive a bit further. I was denied for TDIU over a year after filing and denied again through an HLR. I was approved at 0% for the broken tooth. That’s useless at 90% though. Even though they have to fix the tooth, the dental office sent the VA other procedures which I told them they would not cover. That dental visit was in February and I have not heard back. I currently have a supplemental appeal for TDIU open and they are examining my evidence now).
