4 hour C&P exam 40 minutes. AWFUL nurse practitioner *long*

An update of sorts. My husband got his decision, 80% which he is so thankful (still doesn't feel he deserves it-but that is another story) , but it's for PTSD and some broken bones.

SO- the Nurse Practitioner DID not do her job (40 minutes for 12 DBQ exams is nothing but criminal) and nothing my husband claimed- all under Gulf War/Pact Act was not service connected according to his decisions by the VA.

Although, a few items are still pending. Ironic really as his job as a Navy Seal put him in the water, in the burn pits, in the environment for over a year. His team was first on the ground. Thankfully, he did put in a complaint letter and will request a new DBQ exam.

Shamefully really. The guy has suffered enough and without his fellow team mates he NEVER would have applied at all for any disability. Navy Seals- suffer in silence until they don't. Then they are dead- like a lot of other service members. I'm convinced the VA could care less. Sad for those that will give up and not go forward, truly their lives are at risk.

He's not got much fight left in him, but I do, so we will get his just.

Thanks to this forum it's my life line right now. xoxo
